1-Mobile Technician:
Job Profile:
To undertake L3 / L4 level repairs of mobile phones
To carry out testing and diagnostic of mobile phones
Devise a method to test for which no technical information available
To ensure that repairs are carried out as per set quality standards/guideline
Good knowledge Software and firmware upgradation of products
Preparing and Maintaining Customer service report.
Qualification:
ITI/Diploma/Btech in Electronics
testing with Agilent digital test equipment, Logic analyzers /Digital storage oscilloscopes
Candidates with suitable experience with Smartphone, Mac or PC should apply.
1-3 years experience in Mobile phone repairs
*Good English.
