- Policies and Procedures
- Follow all relevant policies,processes and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Day-to-Day Operations
- Implement the day-to-day standard operations assigned to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.Refer to supervisor for complex tasks which may require exceptions to procedures
- People Development
- Supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies,processes and procedures
- Safety,Quality&Environment
- Comply with all relevant safety,security,quality,health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES
- Provide end to end administration process with a focus on timely completion and effective communication to all relevant parties.
- Perform and overview daily administrative activities and communications to ensure the smooth execution of department operations.
- Highlight and suggest possible improvements to policies and procedures to ensure continuous alignment to best practice.
- Collect,review and deliver a wide range of documents to ensure clerk activities are run efficiently and smoothly.
- Coordinate the maintenance of office systems to ensure update of information according to data quality standards.
- Collect,consolidate and analyse a wide range of information as required to ensure the timely and complete execution of preparatory tasks
- Draft reports and presentations to provide high quality support to business teams according to internal standards and business requirements.
- Overview reporting on daily department activities to provide timely and accurate communication
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Bachelor Degree or a diploma (3 years)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative role within a relevant department.
