2. JOB PURPOSE:
The Quality Assurance specialist is responsible for Maintenance and Provision of data in ingeus KSA, reports generation and data integrity.
They are responsible to provide the required reports needed for internal and external use in a timely manner with special focus on HRDF requirements as main client.
4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Description
Quality Policies and Procedures:
§Advise in the development of Quality policies and procedures and monitor all system inputs for adherence with the approved policies and procedures.
Quality Control standards:
§Prepare QC standards for all aspects of operational activity and validate them to meet agreed standards.
§Prepare schedules and control charts for audit of various aspects of operations.
System Reliability:
§Monitor and check the IW & MI reports for proper functioning to ensure the accuracy of results .In the event of any failure or abnormality, try to resolve the problem through proper diagnostics.
Best Practice:
§Keep pace with research, standards and codes and introduce best practice in quality testing on the operational sites, and HRDF requirements
communication:
§Ensure all staff are trained and updated to meet the highest standards of proficiency and meet quality standards.
§Develop the internal quality team members to improve their performance on all technical areas.
Instruction Manuals and guides
§ Prepare instruction manuals and guides for easy reference by staff and to ensure clarity on every step of the Quality process
Additional accountabilities
§ Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
§ Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
§ Understand customer problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.
§ Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues.
§ Responsible for ongoing database cleansing routines.
§ Perform required audits to achieve the business goals and objectives.
§ Work with colleagues to consistently improve internal practices, procedures and procedures to provide an efficient and effective service.
§ Inspect/improve operational data processing cycle to achieve quality accuracy criteria and goals.
Skills
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
§ University degree in the field of computer science or equivalent
§ 2-5 years in Data base related experience, quality or internal audit is preferable.
Knowledge & Experience:
§ Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) (preferred).
§ Familiar with any ERP system.
§ Arabic/English Fluency is a MUST.
